1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every OA Hero plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with the product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. After 30 Days

Refund requests made after 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy with OA Hero, so if something isn't working, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

3. Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, a duplicate payment or technical billing issue), please contact us here within 7 days of purchase.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Monthly and yearly subscribers keep access until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime owners keep access forever.

5. License Transfers

OA Hero licenses are non-transferable and cannot be resold or assigned to another party without written approval from WhiteKnight Software Ltd.
